How to Breed Anubis in Palworld

Produce an Anubis egg with a current parent pair and keep the passives you want.

To breed Anubis, assign one male and one female Pal from a current Anubis-producing pair to a Breeding Farm, then place Cake in the farm chest. Parent combinations can change when the breeding data is updated, so check the Breeding Calculator instead of relying on an old fixed combo.

Set the target first

Open Target to Parents in the calculator and select Anubis. Choose a pair you already own or can capture without a long breeding chain. The direction only matters when the result data marks a gender-specific assignment.

Prepare the Breeding Farm

Build a Breeding Farm, assign opposite-gender parents, and put Cake in its attached chest. Cake stored there does not spoil. The farm produces an egg after the breeding meter completes; move that egg to an incubator to hatch Anubis.

Keep useful passives

Use parents that carry only the passives you want whenever possible. Extra unwanted passives make the result less predictable. For a worker Anubis, prioritize traits that improve work or keep the Pal active; for combat, select a separate trait plan.

Keep Cake production running

Cake needs Flour and Honey among its ingredients. A Wheat Plantation supplies Wheat for Flour, while a Ranch Beegarde can automate Honey. See the Wheat Seeds guide and Honey guide if the farm stops because ingredients run out.

Speed up the loop

Breeding progress is not ordinary Handiwork. Use breeding-related passives and avoid parents sleeping through the night when planning a high-volume line. The breeding speed guide explains the current in-game options.
