How to Get Technology Points in Palworld
Earn regular Technology Points through levels, fast travel, and Technical Manuals.
Gain regular Technology Points by leveling your character, activating new Great Eagle fast-travel statues, and using Technical Manuals. Manuals make the supply repeatable after level and exploration rewards begin to slow down.
Level and explore first
Character levels award Technology Points automatically. Activate every new Great Eagle Statue you pass because its first activation adds a point and permanently unlocks a useful travel location.
Farm Technical Manuals
High Grade Technical Manuals grant one point, Innovative Manuals grant two, and Future Technical Manuals grant three. Search dungeon end chests, Wildlife Sanctuaries, high-value area chests, and other current manual reward sources.
Use manuals correctly
Move the manual into your character inventory, select it, and use the platform action. The book is consumed immediately and the points are permanent. Manuals left in storage cannot be used from the Technology screen.
Do not mix point types
Ancient Technical Manuals award Ancient Technology Points instead. Those points unlock a separate column of special recipes. See the Ancient Technology Points guide when an unlock uses the purple Ancient currency.
Prioritize progression unlocks
Buy structures, production lines, weapons, and Pal gear you will use before spending heavily on decorations. Extra manuals eventually allow broad completion, but early points have the greatest effect when they remove a production bottleneck.
