The Cloth Outfit needs Wool from your Lamballs. The Common Shield needs Paldium Fragments. The Normal Parachute is a single utility gear piece that saves you from cliffs for the rest of the run.
Equip all three pieces before turning this quest in. The cloth outfit and shield are temporary by mid-game, but the parachute is a permanent convenience.
