Lily hides in the forest biome east of the central plateau. The free Pal Alliance refuses to fight at first, so bring Pals you are willing to sacrifice rather than your roster core.
Reach level 20, equip Crossbow, and bring Fire Pals to crack Lily Queen's Grass typing. The Key Sphere of Pride drops from the arena chest.
