This objective has no fixed map destination. Complete it from your base, inventory, or any suitable location.

The Survival Guide is the game's built-in reference manual. It explains the menu, the technology tree, and the basic survival loop.
Open the menu, switch to the Survival Guide tab, and skim the early sections. The entries you do not read now will still be there after the first Tower boss.
