Capture a Foxparks and craft its Pal Gear at the Pal Gear Workbench.
Objective
Capture a Foxparks, craft a Foxparks Harness, and report back to the Chief.

Foxparks roams the eastern edges of the Windswept Hills and around the volcanic ridge. Bring two Ice Pals to counter its Fire element on the first attempt.
Once captured, return to the Small Settlement and unlock the Foxparks' Harness technology at the Pal Gear Workbench. Equip the harness before you head to the Tower.
